Synopsis

Ryo harbors a suspicion: Interpol Agent Nelson might be connected to the resurrected Red Pegasus drug cartel. The pursuit by sea yielded crucial information about the smuggling route, which ultimately terminated at an orphanage Hideyuki had visited just before his passing. A postcard addressed to him from the orphanage, it turns out, was intended to guide Kaori to that very place.
