Synopsis

This Halloween, Chuck encounters a federal agent remarkably similar to himself—a brilliant computer expert whose abilities are vital to national security. But Chuck’s mission soon becomes complicated by a personal conflict as he wrestles with the decision of whether to surrender the man to Sarah and Casey, or to aid his escape from those who control him.
