Synopsis

Four New Orleans chefs face off in a spirited Mardi Gras competition, each vying to showcase the city’s culinary treasures. Baskets overflow with beloved local fare, beginning with po' boys in the appetizer round. The judges anticipate a delicate touch as the chefs tackle the second basket, hoping their preparations don't compromise the essential roux. Ultimately, only two remain, challenged to craft a traditional cake and a boozy coffee for the final dessert showdown.
