Synopsis

The first basket was opened with energy and ambition – a $40,000 scholarship hung in the balance. Sweet drinks and juicy fruits were the initial offerings for the young competitors in the Chopped Kitchen. The entree round presented them with unexpectedly sophisticated ingredients. But it was the dessert round, with its breakfast-inspired components, that delivered a rude awakening to the final two teens.
