Synopsis

The California Highway Patrol has been assigned to investigate a peculiar dog theft. In a heartwarming gesture, Officer Poncherello unexpectedly delights a young boy, gravely ill and captivated by all things cosmic, by arranging for him to meet the legendary astronaut, Gordon Cooper.
