Synopsis

A minor traffic incident, triggered by a young man’s careless use of a pellet gun, required the attention of Jon and Ponch. Separately, following his dismissal from the ambulance service, one former employee made off with a vehicle, loading its interior with an alarming quantity of dynamite.
