Synopsis

The escape of two thieves following a toll booth heist sets off a surge in crime and triggers an extensive pursuit. Later, Jon and Ponch discover a limousine overturned on the roadside, a time bomb ticking ominously on its back seat – and a man pinned beneath the vehicle. Meanwhile, Jon is working on a book chronicling Ponch’s humorous mishaps. Upon learning this, however, Ponch finds his portrayal dramatically altered; Jon now depicts him as a valiant, contemporary hero.
