Synopsis

As Jon and Ponch pulled over a speeding car on the freeway, a man of considerable size stepped out. The driver, visibly enraged, began dismantling his vehicle, and seemed ready to do the same to Ponch, who had unfortunately let out a laugh during the destruction. Later, Ponch himself received a citation and, determined to maintain a clean driving record, enrolled in a driving safety course.
