Synopsis

The rain fell in sheets as Jon and Ponch cruised through the streets in their patrol car. They came across a man ejected from a mobile gambling den. Further down the highway, another individual drove along with an umbrella extended out his window. Meanwhile, a schoolteacher had secured permission to bring her young students to Central Park, where Ponch would personally lead them on a tour.
