Synopsis

A woman was relieved of her possessions by a tow truck driver, who subsequently caused a traffic collision. A hazardous chemical then leaked onto the roadway. Officer Poncherello inhaled the substance and quickly became disoriented; his partner, Jon Baker, found himself needing to transport him to a hospital, though Ponch proved remarkably resistant to the effort.
