Synopsis

A small child was abandoned in a parking lot. A skydiver, a woman, narrowly avoided landing on the highway when her parachute became entangled with the bridge overhead. Mrs. Downey’s car has been reported stolen. A dumpster detached from its collection truck and careened freely down the freeway.
