Synopsis

A vehicle towing a boat on a trailer veered sharply to avoid an approaching car, then crashed into a hair salon. Ponch was determined to purchase the boat in partnership with Jon. Due to a shortage of officers, Jon and Ponch were dispatched to the weigh station. A car had plunged over a cliff, carrying a woman and her young daughter.
