Synopsis

Chihaya competes in the East Queen qualifier, vying for another match against the Queen. Her initial opponent is Ririka, a grade school student rumored to be a prodigy. Observing Ririka’s speed play, Chihaya begins to grasp the essence of karuta played without the urgency of haste.
