Synopsis

The discovery of Kelton’s body casts a long shadow over Voight, his past animosity toward the mayor-elect instantly making him a suspect. Upton and Halstead are determined to clear their sergeant’s name, yet with each piece of evidence they uncover, the truth becomes increasingly complicated, pulling them toward a troubling realization.
