Synopsis

A surge of impure heroin is fueling overdoses across Chicago, and the Intelligence unit is weakened by the suspension of a team member following an internal matter. With the absence creating a void, Antonio shifts into leadership, only to find his authority challenged by Ruzek's subtle resistance.
