Synopsis

The discovery of a deceased Ukrainian woman in the hotel room of Congressman Scott Graynor throws a dark shadow over the investigation. Intelligence quickly determines the murder is linked to an undercover operation, forcing Burgess into a perilous dilemma: protect her case, or shield the man she loves, who is working with the Federal authorities.
