Synopsis

The remains of a fifteen-year-old girl were discovered, crushed, within the derelict building after she fled from the residential treatment center. Voight tasked Halstead with an undercover assignment: posing as a guard to gain access to the facility. He suspected the girls were exchanging sexual favors for some form of sustenance or advantage.
