Synopsis

The call came in about a suspicious duffel bag on the Chicago lakefront, and Voight’s dread solidified into horror upon discovery. Inside, nestled within the fabric, lay the cold, still form of a newborn infant. Simultaneously, a surprising piece of news reached him: his son was in the city. And amidst the grim realities of the day, Burgess and Roman found themselves drawn closer.
