Synopsis

Voight receives a new Internal Affairs handler in Stillwell, whose gaze is perpetually laced with suspicion. A case involving a gambling ring compels Voight to collaborate with Shi, his former partner from the Gang Unit. Elsewhere, Halsted remains consumed by Lonnie Rodiger, and enlists Jin’s assistance in uncovering further details about him. Concurrently, Ruzek’s growing arrogance prompts Olinsky to offer him a sharp reality check – and a significant opportunity for Atwater.
