Synopsis

In the emergency department, Dr. Charles and April collaborate to unravel the enigma of a new patient. Dr. Halstead faces an agonizing choice, a matter of life and death concerning one of his experimental subjects. Meanwhile, Dr. Marcel is unexpectedly drawn back into his history when a familiar face arrives at the hospital.
