As Will and Natalie finalized preparations for their wedding, Will found his attention unexpectedly diverted. In the hospital, Dr. Charles found himself at odds with Goodwin regarding a patient's care. Meanwhile, Dr. Choi and April worked independently as a woman in labor arrived.
