Synopsis

The heart transplant patient of Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Charles is involved in a car accident, uncovering complications that threaten her upcoming surgery. Maggie faces difficulties when the officer who arrested her in the past is brought to Chicago Med with a severe injury. Separately, Dr. Manning and Dr. Halstead must justify their decisions regarding a patient's death. And Dr. Halstead finds himself striving to treat a resistant horse jockey.
