Synopsis

In a desperate bid to save a man's life, Dr. Kronk makes a hasty choice: he amputates the man's leg with a chainsaw. The surprising truth emerges later – the patient is a place kicker. Meanwhile, Aaron's friend, afflicted with Parkinson's disease, seeks Dr. Kronk’s assistance, offering his own body as a donor. Elsewhere in the hospital, a former nurse is admitted and receives preferential treatment from Dr. Nyland, a man with whom she shared a past romance.
