Synopsis

At the National Firefighter Leadership Conference, Kidd faces the challenge of proving her capabilities, while the remainder of Firehouse 51 responds to two strikingly alike car accidents. Mouch attempts to maintain order and communication within the station by initiating a newsletter, though his efforts soon spiral into chaos. Meanwhile, Cruz grapples with a personal disappointment.
