Synopsis

Casey is under mounting pressure to shield the son of a police officer, a young man whose drunken driving caused a devastating accident that left a teenager paralyzed. Elsewhere, Severide disregards his doctor's cautions, aware that his neck injury may remain unhealed without intervention. And Mills finds himself at a crossroads, forced to decide between dedicating himself fully to his career with the fire department or assisting his mother with her restaurant.
