Synopsis

The lives of countless people hung in the balance following the Chernobyl disaster, and nuclear physicist Ulana Khomyuk embarked on a desperate mission. She sought out Valery Legasov, a prominent Soviet nuclear scientist, driven by the urgent need to warn him of the impending danger – a second explosion that threatened to devastate the entire continent.
