Synopsis

Henry and Paige sought assistance from a bank to secure a loan for Henry's parolee, but their hopeful visit quickly devolved into a hostage situation when the parolee seized control of the building. Simultaneously, Phoebe and Piper found themselves overwhelmed. At Wyatt’s third birthday party, the young boy manifested an extraordinary ability, transforming three of his toys into fully realized people.
