Synopsis

The moment Phoebe releases the genie from the confines of the bottle, she discovers an unexpected obligation: she must assume the genie's role. Simultaneously, eager to reunite Leo and Piper, Chris enlists Phoebe's help in fulfilling his wish, though her literal interpretation of his instructions proves problematic.
