Phoebe drifted through the preparations for her wedding day in blissful ignorance. Unseen, the Source had seized control of Cole’s body, a scheme poised to unravel the joyous occasion. Elsewhere, the Seer delivered a chilling prophecy to the Source: a marriage to Phoebe, conducted through forbidden means, would guarantee the birth of a son of unparalleled power and wickedness.
