Synopsis

Protecting Denji, Aki is fatally wounded by Kobeni. Witnessing this, Denji leaps into the "Eternity Devil" and unleashes a furious assault. He fails to vanquish the creature, and his chainsaw power wanes as he bleeds profusely. Yet, he manages to regain his strength by consuming the devil’s flesh and drinking its blood, and resumes his fight with renewed vigor.
