Synopsis

A surge of activity erupted within, and a white blood cell, a neutrophil, immediately assessed the situation. He found an eosinophil already engaged in a desperate struggle, but clearly overwhelmed. Witnessing her vulnerability, other cells began to undermine her efforts, whispering doubts and criticisms. Despite the neutrophil’s plea – “There’s a task only an eosinophil can accomplish…” – they continued their disruptive actions.
