Synopsis

A mishap occurred when the oxygen delivered by Red Blood Cell AC1677 to a young Ordinary Cell unexpectedly transformed into reactive oxygen, prematurely aging the cell. Though unintentional, he was consumed by guilt at having caused such a decline. Shortly thereafter, an awards ceremony was held for newly minted Red Blood Cells, and AA2153 was recognized as Rookie of the Year.
