Synopsis

Gaurav, Kabita, Rajiv, Dipika, and Nikki, deemed the five most at-risk contestants, face a trial by chance. They must each draw four ingredients from a Lucky Dip, divided among four categories: Proteins, Nuts and Seeds, Fruits and Vegetables, and Cheese. Each category offers five potential ingredients. With their selections, the contestants will then be challenged to create a dish using only those four items.
