Synopsis

Marty assumes the role of counselor for a couple struggling with their relationship. Following a demanding yet rewarding day – one spent treating patients including a young girl involved in a hit-and-run, and two women attacked in a nightclub – Iain feels his work with Ruby is complete. Meanwhile, Dylan observes maggots cleaning a wound and conceives an idea, and Ruby begins to share living space with Jade and Marty.
