Synopsis

The worlds of *Casualty* and *Holby City* converge as the emergency and surgical teams find themselves united in the face of crisis. A fuel tanker crash sends a surge of patients into the hospital, bringing together doctors and nurses from both departments in a shared battle against the unfolding emergency.
