Synopsis

Conan and the Detective Boys unexpectedly encounter a fleeing drug dealer. In the chaos, the dealer loses his notebook, which Conan discovers contains a coded message detailing an imminent drug exchange. To prevent the deal, they must first decipher the code to pinpoint the location and time of the exchange. Seeking assistance, the Detective Boys contact Heiji, and together they realize the code is linked to the train networks of their respective cities.
