Synopsis

The ocean breeze carried the scent of salt as Conan and Kogoro arrived at the seaside onsen. A sudden, thunderous crash echoed from the cliffs above. Drawn by the noise, they discovered a man lying lifeless amongst the rocks – Hideaki Umezu, president of a mortgage company. The scene suggested an unfortunate accident; a boulder had dislodged and struck him. Yet, Conan’s keen eye noticed subtle inconsistencies.
