Synopsis

Under the cloak of night, Kusuda was discovered attempting to enter the nurse’s lounge, where he was seen photographing the patient roster. Agents of the FBI swiftly intervened, taking him into custody. As they made the arrest, Kusuda revealed a concealed threat: explosives were strapped beneath his cervical collar, ready to detonate should they proceed with the apprehension.
