Synopsis

Takeyori Oikawa insists that the Phantom Thief Kid has set his sights on his painting, scheduled for a public unveiling that very day. The work represents the concluding piece of a four-part series. Consequently, he engages Kogoro Mori to safeguard the painting against the thief's predations.
