Synopsis

Kazuyuki Kawai extended an invitation to Kogoro, Ran, and Conan, requesting their presence at his houseboat for an evening of dinner and a fireworks display. As the fireworks illuminated the night sky, a tragedy occurred: Kawai’s guest, Tsuneo Yamasaki, was discovered deceased, the victim of electrocution.
