Synopsis

Conan, Kogoro, and Ran found themselves at the Sunflower Building, a secluded mansion notable for its every-twelve-hour rotation. A barbecue was underway on the grounds as the owner remained within. The cheerful atmosphere was shattered by the sharp crack of a gunshot. They hurried inside to discover the owner, fatally wounded, a bullet lodged in his forehead.
