Synopsis

The Junior Detective League were at a soccer stadium when Conan observed someone fire a handgun into the stands. As police converged on the scene, Conan learned the details: a perpetrator, identifying himself only as "the TV director," was demanding a ransom, threatening to begin shooting at the crowd if his demands were not met.
