Synopsis

The renowned detective, Ran, found herself alongside her companions, Kogoro and Inspector Yamamura, in the tranquil setting of a Gunma Prefecture resort. Their arrival coincided with an investigation – a perplexing case that quickly ensnared them all. The victim? Inoue Kohei, a man whose demise was as bizarre as it was final. He had been murdered by a Rube Goldberg machine, a convoluted contraption of simple mechanisms orchestrated into a deadly chain reaction.
