Synopsis

Pairs of unidentified foreigners have been discovered deceased. As Conan, Genta, Mitsuhiko, Ayumi, and Haibara discussed the case on their way home from school, they encountered a man who had fallen from a building. Spotting Vodka on the roof, Conan instructed Haibara to escort the other three children away. Examining the fallen man, Conan found an FBI identification and a phone displaying a coded message. He proceeded to the Kudo family home, where he discovered a gathering of FBI agents.
