Synopsis

The third anniversary of the former village mayor's death was being commemorated at the community center when, amidst the somber proceedings, a strange event unfolded. A peculiar melody, dubbed "Moonlight," began to play, followed swiftly by the discovery of the current mayor lifeless. A blood-stained musical score lay nearby, and Conan, examining it intently, deciphered a chilling message from the perpetrator. The setting: a small island in Izu, a place familiar to Conan, Ran, and Kogoro.
