Synopsis

Following his report to the student council president regarding the Cardfight Club’s defeat at the Kanto regional tournament, Suwabe sets about enacting his plan to dissolve the club. He seeks out the Paranormal Power Research Society, a group of students with a distinctly delinquent air and an interest in the supernatural, and challenges them to a cardfight on the school rooftop.
