Synopsis

The challenge was clear: construct a monumental hot dog cake for the famed Fourth of July eating contest at Coney Island. Thus began a labor of culinary construction. Later, Joe found himself tasked with a different creation – a pork belly cake filling, a request from a renowned barbecue pit master.
