Synopsis

To mark Singapore's golden jubilee, a cake was conceived – a culinary tribute shaped like the iconic Merlion. The flavors within echoed the sweet traditions of the island nation. Meanwhile, at the bakery, a different matter demanded attention. The brownies, alas, lacked their customary richness and tenderness. Buddy, ever the problem-solver, experimented with various approaches, eventually turning to a forgotten recipe for guidance. And with that, Mauro rejoined the team.
