Synopsis

The owner of Red Bank Marina desired a crab cake to mark the start of crabbing season, a request fraught with logistical complexities. He envisioned the cake in motion, a feat of engineering in itself. Buddy, too, crafted cakes—special ones for his son Marco’s First Communion. Meanwhile, the crew prepared zeppole and Mary and Madeline assisted in selling them along the street.
