Synopsis

Buddy's youngest son had a specific wish for his birthday: an ice cream cake adorned with clowns. But when Mama Valaestro learned of this request, she pleaded with him to reconsider. This personal dilemma coincided with an unusual challenge presented by the Coney Island Polar Bear Club, throwing Buddy and his crew into an unexpected predicament.
